You can become member in one of below three ways

  1. Go to Membership page
  2. When you attend any event. meet our membership desk to pay membership fee.
  3. Send check to below address.

What are the membership benefits?

Being a member, you get discounted rates for the events. Members are given preferential treatment in bookings. Membership helps mandal in organizing quality events. Your contribution helps us sustain the expenses that we incur in hosting such quality events.

Why do I have to pay at every event even though I am a member?

If we are getting programs from India, we are expected to pay remunerations. Also, whenever we rent venues like school auditoriums or similar, we have to pay for the venue, and every year these costs keep rising, with them hiking the rates every year. To balance this out, we have to charge fee for most of the events.

Where can I get information for the upcoming events?

Our main page will always display the upcoming events. You may also check our events calendar for any events that are scheduled for the months ahead.

Where can I get information for the past events?

You can visit https://www.facebook.com/groups/seattlemm/events/ for past event details.

Do you keep any photo of the past events?

Although we try to keep photos of all the events, sometimes it is not feasible to do so. You can view the available photos on Photo Archive tab.

 

Do you have any mailing list?

Yes we do. We do send out regular mails about the upcoming events. We do not send spam. You can join the mailing list here.

How often do you send emails?

Generally, we send out the mails as reminders to our members and so that they can mark their calendars accordingly. The usual frequency is 1 or 2 per month. In case we have to announce some important messages/events to our members we do send additional emails.

 

How can I subscribe/unsubscribe?

You can subscribe here. At any time, if you choose to opt out, you can send a mail to events@seattlemm.org and with the subject as “Unsubscribe”.

How can I become a volunteer?

You can become a volunteer by sending a mail to volunteers@seattlemm.org

 

How much time do I have to spend to volunteer?

Generally, your help will be needed in planning and executing the events to the completion. The number of hours may vary depending on how many volunteers are available on the event day and the scope of the event.
