What is Membership Account

A membership account is a single stop to check all your membership details.

  • Buying/Upgrading Membership
  • Your Membership Type and Expiration details
  • View content shared only to SMM members.
  • Manage your profile and password
  • Past Invoices
  • Future event tickets purchase

 

How to login

From the menu options click on the “Login” option

Existing Members should use the email id, which is associated with you SMM 2020 membership purchase otherwise it will not show your membership status. We have integrated our social login experience with Google, Microsoft, Amazon, and Yahoo for a smooth user experience.

If you don’t know which email id you have used or if you have used other email id’s like @comcast.net, @fronteir.com, etc. contact membership@seattlemm.org to get your credentials.

    1. If your email id ends @gmail.com and that’s the one you used to purchase the SMM membership, click on “Login with Google” and follow the instructions.
    2. If you have an amazon account which you use for shopping and the same email id is associated with SMM membership purchase, choose “Login with Amazon.”
    3. If your email id ends @outlook.com, @hotmail.com,@live.com, and @microsoft.com, then click on “Login with Microsoft.”
    4. If your email id ends @yahoo.com, then click on “Login with Yahoo.”

New members can create their accounts using any social logins or create an account using custom credentials.

How to buy SMM Membership

There are two ways, you can purchase the SMM Membership.

FIRST TIME visitor, you will see an option to buy the membership once you login into your account page. Users can click on “Choose a membership level.”

Existing users can directly visit https://www.seattlemm.org/membership-account/membership-levels/ and purchase the membership as applicable.

All the purchases are processed through PayPal,  once the purchase is successful user will be redirected back to the SMM website. User should see a confirmation message (If it says “Pending” then refresh the page after 2 min)

User should also get an email confirming your membership (check “Spam” in case if it’s not shown in inbox)

How to upgrade/change the membership level

Once the user is logged into the account page, they will see an option to “Change” the membership type. Click on it a proceed and choose the membership type as applicable and then proceed with the payments.
