  • Is this event date and time confirmed? Usually SMM has all events scheduled on Saturday/Sunday and this event is on Friday. Friday is working day so it would be inconvenience for people who want to participate in talent show. By any chance this event can be moved to Saturday/Sunday?

    • Hello,

      Thank you for your feedback.
Unfortunately we have not been able to find any venues on Sat/Sunday.
Although it is a Friday event, it starts in the evening, and with the enthusiasm we are receiving since last year, we are sure people will manage and work around this obstacle.
      Thanks for understanding 🙂

My 9 year old son is interested in Talent Show to perform with his keyboard 🎹, on a Hindi Song “ Tu aata hai sine me “ instrumental version.

  • Is it an adult only talent show? Can kids perform?

  • Are solo dance performances allowed ? Of classical nature ?

  • Hi
We don’t have the final list of participants as they need to check their schedules and confirm. Can we update that column later? We will ensure that participants are smm members.

    • Hello,

The songs are not locked till the membership is confirmed. Sooner the final participants list is provided and membership is verified, the songs will be locked for you.

      Thanks

Hi, I don’t know why I am not able to submit my phone number as in entry. Also, I would like to know if we want to perform the medley with one or two more participants, can we get 10 minutes slot. Thank you!

    • Hello,

The phone no has to be 10 digits only with no special chars.
Dance and vocal performances are set to 5 mins limit to allow most number of members to perform.
Please reach out to pc@seattlemm.org if you have any other questions.

      Thanks

Is there an elevator to go to the stage from the entrance? How does one goes to the stage to perform from the entrance of the building?

Is this open to all members to attend (not participate)? If so is there a ticket or is it free?

    • Hello Anutai,
Here is what I received from the venue
For audience members there is wheel chair accessible seats in the back row.
For accessibility to the stage for performers they need to go through the green room down ramp on the west side of the building.

Also, this is a free event for members, and there won’t be any ticket.

      Thanks

I have guests who might attend the show. Since this is a free event what is the process if non-members would like to attend the event?
